Returns

I will accept returns only  providing the goods were mis-describedin the listing and if this is proven I am happy to accept  returns within five days and I have been emailed of this situation within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and you have received my acknowledgement of your email accordingly. This is of particular importance with international buyers who must note on the customs declaration on the parcel the item is being ‘returned’.

Dolly Diamond is not responsible for any customs or import duties imposed due to incorrect labelling.  As stated above  are returns are only accepted in exceptional circumstances and not if you have decided they are not what you wanted. Photographs are taken of the actual item listed.

 

Please Note
I will only accept returns according to the above policies and if the packaging labels and tickets attached to the goods are in tact and have not been removed also a refund or credit will not be allowed if there is any sign of the goods being used, soiled or damaged. There must be no sign of odours such as perfume deodorant smoke or washing soap.

The shipping for returned goods must be paid for by the buyer and a ‘Signed For’ service used. The refund or credit note will be refunded to you less the cost of shipping and packing  I incurred not what you paid at the time of shipping which is often more than you paid. There is also  a 20% administration fee against re-stocking and administration costs.

The return packaging must be secure and carried out with care. Please be aware the goods remain the property and responsibility of the buyer whilst in transit.
